Electronic Reports
AccuScribe’s own web-based transcription platform surpasses other industry standards for generating, data mining and retrieving physician notes virtually through your choice of internet-empowered implementation. Over 14 years of experience in streamlining workflow practices proves AccuScribe’s ability to simplify processes and dramatically reduce the burden of documentation management of our clients.
Transcribed reports are normally printed at a hospital site, but AccuScribe interfaces directly with clinical electronic patient record systems. Other options include sending encrypted and password encoded reports back to the originating facility directly into the hands of the dictating physician.
Secure Transfer
The voice and associated text files are transmitted over the Internet via a Secure Socket Layer connection, at a minimum of 128-bit encryption, complying with HIPAA standards.
Industry Standard
Format AccuScribe provides the electronic version of the document with all fields tagged using XML, or the new Internet data tagging system HL-7, the health care industry standard. The completed electronic documents are returned securely and formatted to predefined standards, allowing integration into Electronic Patient Records.
Searchable Content and Integration with Coding Systems
XML data tagging enables documents to be readily indexed, searched, uploaded into the client database and integrated into downstream coding systems. This saves time, avoids further processing costs, and maximizes the value of each report.
