Accuscribe provides 24 hour/7 days a week support for all of their employees and independent contractors through live chat rooms and the Intranet portal.

AccuChat

The Chat room gives a sense of community and even the newest MTs will know that they are not alone and can ask for help. The chat rooms also provide a place where the supervisor can keep track of who is online and quickly direct MTs on her shift.

Web-Based Training

Our web-based training site has platform training and transcription and client guidelines for working at AccuScribe. We provide all the help to get new Medical Transcriptionists up to speed and producing in record time. After initial training, each MT also gets the opportunity to participate in a walkthrough web-meeting with our training coordinator, who can answer last minute questions.

Intranet Support Site

The support site includes client profiles, over a thousand sample reports from clients. Also available are resources such as dictator name lists (for correct spelling of names), dozens of video tutorials, transcription tips, and a list of common errors. Our IT staff is also available for technical or web-based support.

Company Newsletter

Every month we roll out a copy of the AccuScribe Interpreter, AccuScribe's internal newsletter. This includes company changes, client updates, new clients, and also motivational and health articles from the CEO, Trudi Griffith and the Chief Operating Officer, Monica Haddox.
