The Rising Star of Medical Transcription

Platform Features

AccuScribe has all the benefits and features of the biggest transcription companies for boosting the Transcriptionst's (MT's) production and offering a rock-solid product.

Doctor's 'Normals' or Standard Dictations

Transcriptionists' word-expansions

view larger imageExpansions, or AutoCorrect, are an MT's best friend. These allow the transcriptionist to identify common words or phrases with a keyword that she can call upon in the report for faster typing.

For example, an MT may create an expansion for the phrase 'The patient is ' and save it with the keyword 'tpi'. Next time that phrase is dictated, all the transcriptionist types is 'tpi' and it is replaced automatically with the full phrase. A professional MT will really take advantage of this power and we have many resources available to help her!

Customizable Dictionaries

Automatic report formatting

Report Templates keep the transcriptionist concerned with the actual transcription and not formatting of the final product. Instead she inserts 'tags' and special headings that tell the template generator how to set up the final report.

Simple to Get Started

All an AccuScribe transcriptionist needs is a minimum configuration of a standard PC and a local broadband Internet connection in order to run "Web-Correct," a browser-based typing and audio playback application developed by Speechmachines.
